Campus is too quiet now that that the Genesis participants have left. The residential staff is still on campus debriefing and sharing their experiences, but we are missing the active presence of the participants and are hoping that their transition home was smooth.
It was great having so many guests at the Genesis Showcase and being able to share a taste of what went on this summer. I was struck by the passion of the participants during the showcase, as well as their ability to articulate and express what they learned to their family and friends. The showcase was a great way to wrap up our time together and to share with others our experiences.
We will continue to use this blog to post photos, reflections, and videos from Genesis 2011. We hope that you will share with us your memories of Genesis and things that you have taken home from the experience.
